#NS-8 - “Fish of Rare Breeding” by Neal O. Hines - Smithsonian Institution, 1976 - First Edition, Signed by the Author - $50.00

“Lauren Donaldson’s interest has been, for more years than many can remember, the development of superior strains of the splendid fish found in the waters of the Pacific side of North America. Such an interest is not Donaldson’s alone, yet he unquestionably has become uniquely identified with it. In Donaldson the interest has been not only deeply absorbing, but the central theme of a singularly broad and productive professional life.” (from the Preface) Hardbound in white cloth, it is illustrated in full color and lettered in black on both the cover and the spine. The book measures approx. 7” x 10” and has 167 pages. Illustrated throughout with photographs and maps.

The condition is VeryGood+, with light bumping and rubbing at the corners and edges, and just a hint of soil on the cover. The author’s signature is on the front free flyleaf. The binding is tight, hinges are unbroken and the interior pages are NearNew... crisp, clean, tight, bright and complete!
