A VeryGood+ copy in pictorial cloth binding. Hardbound in green cloth illustrated in black and white, it measures 5.75" x 8.75" and has 200 pages. It is signed and inscribed, to the Post Office employees in his home town of Philomath, Oregon, by the author on the title page. Maps of Guam and Tokyo appear on the endpapers. There are 15 b&w photos. This is a true story of authors' experiences as a Japanese prisoner of war from 1942-1945 during World War II.
