Hard-bound in maroon cloth, with a full-size illustrated paper paste-on on the front cover. The book measures approx. 7.5" x 9" and has 63 pages. The end papers, both front and back are illustrated in color. The book is liberally illustrated with more than 3-dozen drawings, 29 of which are in full-color, by award-winning illustrator Kurt Weise!

This is the story of a native Australian boy, or aborigine, named Bundi. He is one of the few to survive a sickness that swept his tribe. He is saved by homesteaders, and while retaining his own sense of identity, becomes part of a family with a young son around his age.

The condition is VeryGood. There is bumping and rubbing at the corners and edges, with a hint of fraying at two corner tips. However the cover is otherwise clean and without any major faults. The binding is intact and tight, as are both hinges. The interior of the book is crisp, clean, tight, bright and complete.
