#I1-18 - Cosmos - Science Fiction and Fantasy - Vol. I, No. 1 - May, 1977 - $35.00 This Premier Issue magazine has contributions by Fritz Leiber, Larry Niven, Frederik Pohl and Robert Silverberg. All the stories are illustrated, some in color. There is a dramatic color centerfold illustration of some far-fetched intergalactic beast, by artist Paul Lehr, long noted for his contributions to Science Fiction magazines and books. Measuring 8.25" x 11", this issue has 72 pages plus the covers. It is in VeryGood condition throughout, with light bumping and rubbing of the corners and edges of the front cover, and a small 2-digit number written in the UR corner. The interior pages have a hint of age-toning at the edges, but are otherwise clean, tight, bright and complete! An outstanding find.
