One curious piece titled "Autobiography of a Stamp" deals with the 1875 two-cent Barbados 5-shilling, pink, and it's descent into the ignominy of being perforated vertically and each half overprinted at 1d! Another article addresses the mania over the Colombian issue stamps in Chicago. Of course there's lots more The size is 6" x 9" and there are 20 pages plus the covers. A very light smudge at the UL, and a light stamp at the top of the front cover which reads "Sample" are the only faults. There is a soft, vertical file-fold, consistent with this having been sent through the mails in a wrapper. Otherwise, the condition inside and out is VeryGood+!
