The cover artist was Larry Tisdale. Soft bound and measuring 8" x 10.5" it has 4 pages. Inside is the roster for each team, against a centerfold poster of an attractive young woman drinking coke from a bottle. The bottom margin has graphics of 12 different referee's signals. finally, the back cover has recaps of the earlier season's scores for each team! The condition is Good, with both a horizontal and a vertical file-fold. Also, there are paper remnants at the top and bottom of the back page, where it had been attached... probably in a scrapbook. Otherwise the program is clean and complete.
