#TB-15 - Admiral Line - Pacific Steamship Company - 1927 S.S. Admiral Rogers Brochure - $6.00

This brochure was designed to be sent as a postcard. It measures 3.5” x 5.35” when folded down as a postcard, 7” x 5.35” when opened to show the full front cover with the company name and native woman with the child on her back, and a village setting with a Russian church with typical 8-sided dome and spire. When fully opened, showing both the front and back covers, it measures 7” x 11”. The side not shown is the inside of the brochure, with the list of cabin passengers, names of the officers, and the date the ship sailed from Seattle for Alaska... June 2, 1927... to Ketchikan, Wrangell, Petersburg, Juneau, Skagway and Sitka, before its return.

The condition is VeryGood+, with the two file-folds, and a hint of light handling soil at the edges. The top of the back cover, where the sealing flap is (to hold the brochure closed in “postcard mode”... but never used), has a slightly frayed edge. Otherwise the brochure is crisp, clean, bright and complete!
