#MIS-12 - Untitled Photogravure of a 1930's Golfer Girl - 11" x 14" - Matted and backed... ready to frame - $15.00 This piece was undoubtedly published in a magazine of the time, and at this point we can only speculate whether it was intended as a fashion photo, to promote some golfing event, or simply cheesecake. At any rate, it is a charming image, and I wouldn't be surprised if it started a whole generation of eager young males on a golfer's quest for this young lady! The image area is approx. 7.25" x 9.75", and it has then been matted and backed using archival-grade materials, to an overall 11" x 14", a standard size. This means that one could easily and inexpensively frame the print using any of the off-the-shelf frames made for that size, and available at Wal-Mart, Target, or other big-box stores. The print has also been shrink-wrapped for protection. The large label in the UR corner is on the outside of the shrink-wrap which, of course, would be removed prior to inserting in a frame. The condition is FINE, with NO faults whatever! |
