#PB-3 - Their Majesties' SILVER WEDDING Pictorial Souvenir Booklet - George VI - $30.00 This booklet is a wonderful souvenir of the 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration of King George VI and his Queen, Elizabeth... now known as the Queen Mother and still active at over 100 years of age! Consisting almost entirely of photographs, this traces the couple from their marriage to this 1948 celebration, a scant 4-years before his death in 1952, due to cancer. The booklet measures 7" x 9" and has 20 pages. The photographs are all well captioned identifying all the locations and significant persons involved. The condition is VeryGood, with light bumping and rubbing at the corners and edges of the covers. A 4-word inscription appears at the top of the inside front cover. Other than this, the booklet has NO other faults!
