Ordering, Payment & Shipping


Orders: Please e-mail us if you wish to reserve something or if you have questions about a particular item.  We will hold items for 10 days pending receipt of your payment.  Identify each item desired by using it's order # and a brief description of a few words... example: (Print, #AP-12, Maxfield Parrish, "Daybreak"), etc..  For inquiries regarding shipping costs, we need your ship-to ZIP code in order to calculate the postage.


Payment:
Personal check or M.O. in U.S. dollars, or you can use your credit card through PayPal.  Include your name, phone #, e-mail address and your full shipping address with your payment.  Shipment will take place within 2 days following receipt of payment for any order paid by Money Order or PayPal.  Items paid by personal check will be shipped immediately following a 10 business-day clearance period.  As long as you include your e-mail address with your payment, we'll advise you when your check arrives and, subsequently, the shipping date. PayPal payments should be made to the account of:

Regardless of which payment method you choose, begin this process by contacting us first with your ZIP code, and we will quote shipping charges.

Shipping & Handling:
In most cases we charge you actual shipping costs plus a $2.o0 fee to cover the cost of materials and packaging your order.  We believe that paper items need to be protected against creasing, bending and water damage, and therefore packaged with stiffeners and protective sleeves so they arrive in the condition they were when sent. Therefore, you really do get "value" for your handling fee. Extremely fragile, bulky or heavy items may require a surcharge for the extra packaging.  Within the U.S. you always have the choice of applicable postal rates (for example: Media mail (items sent this way cannot have any advertising in them), Bound Printed Matter (advertising OK), First Class, Parcel Post, Priority, etc.)  Unless another carrier is specifically requested, all orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Because we live in a rural area... an almost 50 mile round-trip from the nearest city... requests for any other shipper will entail an additional surcharge to cover the trip.  Insurance, Certificate of Mailing, Delivery Confirmation for tracking or any similar "proof" of mailing, is the responsibility of the purchaser, and is recommended, at least for valuable items, since we cannot be responsible for losses once your package has been mailed.

Policies

Quality: Regardless of genre, we strive to carry only items a collector would be proud to display.  All "junk" has been weeded out.  Our prints are only first issue or other early examples of an artist's work, and are so-specified and guaranteed as described.  We do not deal in modern reproductions.

Condition & Description: Each offering is described as completely and accurately as possible.  We realize that both edition and condition are of utmost importance to any serious collector.  If you need more information, your inquiries are always welcome. Finally, we guarantee the items we sell to be as-described. Should you find any item we've sold to be less than described, we offer the following return policy.

Returns: Purchases are returnable within 14-days for a full refund of the purchase price for any significant fault or omission, not mentioned in our description.
